My husband has been quoted by many different companies, JAB was the cheapest and we saw it was new and local. We’re all about giving small local businesses a try! We couldn’t be happier! John (owner) had came out to my home and gave me a free estimate. He arrived and he was very professional and had given me an estimate so low I couldn’t believe it. He did my home and driveway. I was blown away by the quality or work and none of my plants or grass were damaged or effected by the chemicals! I recommend JAB Home Services 100% and will reffer family and friends!!

These guys were great. They came early on a Saturday to install Christmas lights on the roof line and did a fantastic job hiding extension cords and finding an efficient way to wire. They were very quick and professional, dogs liked them too! Now I can enjoy my lights for the rest of the season.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your home is on the market you are eligible for a 15% discount Bundles are available for multiple jobs. For example; home, gutters, and driveway. The gutters and driveway will be done for 50% off of what I would originally quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually send a round about estimate based off of some variables. I encourage the customer to consult with me over the phone so I can go over the process of the work that they’ve requested and to schedule the maintenance.
