Introduction: I help people get from where they are (stuck, lost or too busy to function) to where they want to be. I help them define their goals, dreams and vision and help them establish and follow a plan to get there. My specialty is helping my clients eliminate their limiting beliefs and fears that keep them from everything they want. I love helping people "be the best they can be." I know that saying is cliche, but so many people are living beneath their potential. They are on track to die with their song still in them. I know we can all be wonderful if we can just have a little push to help us fight our own inaction. I met Shaun Ellsworth via the International Coach Federation (ICF) website. I was looking for a personal coach to help me accomplish important tasks that I was struggling with. I chose Shaun over all the ICF coaches I was matched with because his personal info/bio resonated with me. I was responsible to others for the completion of several projects. The largest project was the renovation, rent-up and sale of an apartment building so as to maximize return to the owners. Although I have experience in this area, I was not getting the job done; I needed to delegate, hire others and trust them to do their job. Shaun helped me look at my outdated beliefs that I was holding on to that were holding me back. Additionally, the process of setting periodic objectives and goals and then being accountable to Shaun was a powerful tool that helped me get results. Bottom line: I hired a contractor and property manager, renovations have been made and all fixed-up units rented at top market rent.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, I charge $500 a month for four sessions. Group sessions can be an affordable alternative and pricing depends on the size of the group and the topic we are tackling. I always offer a free Discovery session for new clients. I don't use contracts. Once you feel you have gotten what you came for, Let me know and I will refund the money for any unused sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free discovery session. that allows the client to see my coaching style and to determine if we are a good fit. If we decide we would like to work together, we set a date and a time. I have an online scheduling system that schedules the session in the client's time zone. That is really handy! We usually have weekly sessions for 6 to 12 weeks or longer. Usually by 12 weeks, the client is well on their way to living the life they truly desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended and graduated from the International Coach Academy. That is where I received my CPC (Certified Professional Coach) designation. After graduation, I applied for and received certification through the International Coach Federation. That is where my "ACC" (Associate Certified Coach) designation comes from.
