- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After receiving the initial call, we obtain a time to perform the inspection. We gather as much information from the client to better assist us in doing the inspection. Once the time is set we ask that the customer be there to be able to give an analysis of the home and also pass on helpful hints to help them maintain their new home.

My knowledge does not come from on-line courses or book knowledge. I have performed the trades for a living.
