Introduction: Why choose Ultimate? I have over 30 years of residential construction experience and extensive training. I know what to look for. As a State licensed, ASHI Certified Inspector, I have performed over two thousand inspections. Your report will be detailed, including pictures and delivered to you the same day or within 24 hours for late day inspections. Included is a FREE thermal inspection - of your electric panel for over heating circuits and the ceilings for possible plumbing/roof leaks. Monday - Saturday 8 am - 7 pm appointments with Sunday upon request if available. All major credit cards accepted. I can honestly say I love my job. I take great satisfaction in helping people make an informed decision about the home they are buying. It is especially rewarding when I discover major issues that would cost the buyer thousands of dollars. I really enjoy working with new home buyers explaining all aspects of the home.

Roland inspected 2 homes for us and was great to work with. The first home he inspected for us had a couple of pretty big issues and he explained the risks and we ultimately decided to make an offer on another house. Rolland did the inspection on the house we ended up purchasing as well. He provided us a thorough inspection report which we were able to use to get credits fromantic the sellers of the home we purchased. We would definitely work with Rolland again and highly recommend him!

I start by explaining the inspection process and what it encompasses. Then I then inspect the house and make sure the client understands all issues and operation of the mechanical systems. At the end of the inspection, we will review any items or issues found during the inspection.
