- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a case by case basis. All projects are different than one another. But ultimately, we come up with figures on how long the project will take and charge for the time necessary
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet the customer in person and visually see what the project is. We gather all required information to manifest an estimate. Typically we respond back with an estimate in 48 hours. Sometimes we may not need to see the project in person, and can give an estimate via phone, text, or email. Once the customer agrees to an estimate, we meet to sign a legalized contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a contractor is in a way an education by experience. As new things evolve with technology, and different materials, you're always learning. My father started me out very young, and taught me everything he knew. We've advanced since then, and will continue to do so.
