- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering prices greatly depend on your choice of cuisine (chicken vs seafood), servers required and serving style. We have flexible payment options and except cash, credit/debit cards and the cash app for payments. We also hold free monthly tastings and if you attend, book and pay your deposit that day you’ll receive 10% off your deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you and the type of event you are planning so we can give you a very individualized experience. We like to meet in person to discuss details, preferably at your venue but this can also be done by phone or email as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. Including but not limited to; Bridal, family, company events, organization luncheons and private chef experience for couples.
