I don't usually review things, but my experience with Nex Gen Dynamics, and Nick was so amazing. I was a little unsure about what exactly it was that I wanted for my business. I thought the problem was my website, and I was looking for a total redesign. Nick was great and told me I didn't need one. He told me my problem was SEO. I wasn't even sure what SEO was but I could tell Nick knew what he was talking about, and he never tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was transparent and trustworthy the whole way through and I really appreciated that. I'm now getting the search ranking I was looking for and much more traffic for my business. To top it off, Nick worked with my budget and I got a great deal. If you want someone who actually knows what they are talking about and can actually explain it to someone without a web background then Nick is your guy. On top of everything, they also have an IT department and they were able so solve some connection issues I was having! I would recommend them to anyone.

My company worked with Nex Gen on our catalog redesign. The team was very professional and exceeded our expectations in the design process. They gave us multiple design options and collaborated with us to get a design that was more modern, but still within our brand standards. I would definitely recommend. We can't wait to do photography with them in the fall!

They didn't understand my design requirement and concept. I was kept waiting to hear from them but they were busy with their other projects and they finally abandoned work on my website design. At least they refunded my deposit.

Nazanin, I'm sorry we were unable to work together on your project. I spent well over 20 hours trying to find a way to meet your design needs without copying the website you showed me. That would have been both illegal and unethical for us to do. I responded to every single email in a timely fashion and we were going back and forth about design but in the end you were unwilling to accept anything that wasn’t an exact copy of the website you showed us. We refunded your deposit as a courtesy even though it didn't remotely cover the number of hours I spent working on your project and it was expressly stated in our contract that it was non-refundable. I wish things could have worked out differently, but I could not do what you were asking of us.
