David was awesome, he showed up on time and did exactly what I needed. He mounted my 75in tv with ease&fished the cords in the wall(hidden wires) for a great price. Would definitely recommend and I will be back with future business.

David was fantastic. Knew what he was doing hanging the TV, programmed all 3 remotes and also programmed one of them to do all the tasks so that 3 weren't necessary. A tall, strong guy who had no trouble hanging a 65" TV high on the wall with no help. and no step-ladder. I had to argue with him to get him to accept a reasonable tip after he did such a good job. Friendly and polite to boot, but without wanting to stop working so he could talk your ear off like some guys. I had to ask him for his card at the end, so I can call him again next time. Which I will, for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic tilt mount price is 150. That includes the mount and hiding the wires for the customer. It's the most asked for and standard install. If customers have their own mount we adjust the price accordingly. How far we travel and what materials will be needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we want to set the standard of service that they expect and deliver the best experience they could possibly ask for!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 6 experience and multiple years with electrical equipment.
