- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the first clean, only cash is accepted. After second clean, we can accept check or PayPal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally like to inquire about the size of the house, and whether or not the customer wants us to bring basic cleaning supplies or non-chemical products. We also like to get an idea on how often a client wants a visit, and do these services include running errands, laundry, cooking and prepping, etc. We are strongly detailed and thorough with our clients, in order to serve them best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 16+ years of housecleaning experience, both residential and commercial.
