- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to think my pricing is fair. I know the economy is not at its best. I know that my work is throughout. I use my own products (unless customer wants theirs used). I am willing to negotiate with the customer so were both satisfied. I take location of the job into consideration when giving quotes due to gas & travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what the customer is wanting. Looking at the property/rooms that need done. Mutually agreeing on price. Inquiring about products used. (some chemicals can be harsh). Overall just finding out what the customer requires amd wants and making sure that they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience cleaning. I have taken classes and attended educational seminars about products and the safe uses of them. I currently work for Service Master of Allegany County on the fire, water and mold cleaning and restoration crew. I also have several years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry.
