I understand pricing and trust have a direct reflection on how my business will grow and succeed, therefore I try and ask as many questions as I need in order to get a clear understanding of what the job will entail and price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically when working with a new customer, as well as repeat customers, I try and reach out after my initial quote is sent and viewed. On hired jobs I like to reach out to the customer and let them know when I am on the way for our scheduled time frame. I always try and arrive on time, because I understand it is important to make a great first impression.
