- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both "flat-fee per service" and per hour pricing, and use the rates best suited for the customer's needs. A copy of my standard pricing is available on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First: talk with the customer to find out what the problem is, and what they need. Since Tech Support is not a one-size fits all, a brief evaluation and consultation may be what you need to get started in the right direction.
