My personal computer had slowed down to the point of freezing up every minute or so. I had no idea what was wrong, thought maybe a virus. I took it to Information Technology Outfitters and met with Greg Helm. In less than 24 hours, he had diagnosed the problem(s) and had it running like new. My computer is old and it was not a virus. Some of the programs were outdated. He uninstalled or disabled them and installed or downloaded new ones. I've been using it for five days now, and it runs like a brand new one. When I picked it up, he made sure that I knew how to find everything and made himself available if needed. I highly recommend Mr. Helm for your computer needs.

First: talk with the customer to find out what the problem is, and what they need. Since Tech Support is not a one-size fits all, a brief evaluation and consultation may be what you need to get started in the right direction.
