- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies but we do provide upfront pricing along with a written quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For installation projects like sod, shrubs, trees, and fencing we will typically get as much information upfront from the customer. If we can get the correct information, we will provide a proposal. If necessary, we will meet with the customer to look at the area and to take measurements. For weed control and fertilization or Fall/Spring yard cleanup request, we can determine the size of the lawn through internet software and then we can E-mail a proposal or quote to the customer.
