James did a great job filming my daughter's recent wedding. This was a last-minute hire, as my daughter and her fiance were handling hiring the photographer, and I wrongly assumed they had a videographer as well. James was extremely responsive, sympathetic to the situation, and unlike other videographers I spoke with, he did not try to take advantage of the situation to price-gouge me because of the timing. He was very understanding, cooperative and professional. The pricing he gave me, even on short notice, was very reasonable. The videography work was outstanding, and he clearly knows how to capture all the right moments and events at a wedding and reception. James was very timely, arriving early and staying late to capture everything going on. He had all the right equipment and mingled in and out of the wedding stealthily, never interfering with anything going on. I would HIGHLY recommend James and Brooke Media Group for any videography needs you may have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is negotiable depending on turnaround and number of cameras.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to find out what the objectives for the video shoot are first. Then we can get into specifics about length, special requests, and the intended audience. Do you want to have two cameras recording the event? This will give great flexibility during the edit, but will cost a little more. We provide microphones and lights. If it is a stage performance we can record audio from the sound board as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My company has been producing DVDs, corporate videos, and videotaping events since 1999. I have an undergraduate degree in Film/TV from the University of Central Florida. I have a masters degree in Instructional Design from Georgia State University.
