- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't have standard pricing because honestly there isn't such thing as a standard tree. Each tree is different so our pricing is based on the time each job is estimated to take. We are more then happy to come out and write up a free estimate on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to meet with customers on their time when they can walk through and explain their thoughts and visions for their property. That gives me the opportunity to find out their expectations, and to discuss all options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have received certifications through TCIA for CTSP, aerial rescue, tree climber, groundsman, aerial lift operation. And first responder.
