What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1st Secure Shredding does not have any "Hidden Fees". You will know what you are paying per container before we show up. Also we shred "ON-SITE" for your protection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st Secure Shredding will send you an email with all the information on it before we come to your location i.e. pricing. There will be no surprises - no hidden fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to stay current on all the laws of retention.
