About this pro
Great workAug 8, 2018Verified
Gary is awesome. He did a great job! He replaced two faucets in under an hour and a half and left the area clean. This was my first experience with thumbtack and he made it a good one. 😊Jul 27, 2018Verified
Gray installed a filtration and softner system. After getting multiple quotes to complete the job, Brogdon charged only a fraction of the price and did a fantastic job. In addition, Gary included all the parts as well! Unlike other plumbers he provided a walkthrough on his installation plan and know which parts to use. This gave me comfort that he know what he was doing. Gray will be doing business with you again and will be recommending you to my-co workers and friends.Dec 26, 2016Verified
Gary was great. Helped timely and for a fair price. Would go to him for all future needs.Aug 8, 2018Verified
Gary was very fair with his pricing and did exactly what was needed to stop a leak in our kitchen without trying to make us replace more than necessary. We highly recommend!Jul 31, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I base my labor on a fair and inexpensive rate. Unless you want a hard quote, I do all I can to work efficiently and keep costs down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? If it's more than just a simple repair and a quote is needed, I make an appointment that is convenient for them. Then we discuss price and options. I can usually give you an idea of the costs over the phone. But if it is necessary, I will never charge for a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?P. L. Union 68 Plumbers Apprentice School. But mainly spending afternoons and Summer days at the shop.
