Introduction: Even though this is my business, I truly don't consider it my job because of how much I love what I do and work with such passion. I view my clients as friends for life, and have kept in touch with everyone I have worked with. I not only find my clients the perfect forever home, and my sellers the perfect buyer, but I am with them every step of the way through the sale from start to finish. I make myself available to my clients 24 hours a day 7 days a week and work their schedules and needs not my own. I think you will find that I care not just about the results but also about making sure the process is smooth and seamless. The most enjoyment I get out of my job is when I see my buyer clients walk through the front door of their new home as owners. It's such a joy to see them happy and satisfied. When my seller clients complete the closing or their sale and have their funds in hand I am so happy for them. The challenge of the "hunt" to find a new home or buyer is what brings me a lot of personal satisfaction and I really enjoy learning about what my clients want and need.

Kim helped me sell my first house, and also assisted me with the purchase of my current home. Kim is always very responsive, and her professionalism is extraordinary. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no fee if I am helping a buyer find a home or a rental. The only time there are fees is when the seller is selling their home. I do offer a discount, if you allow me to represent you in both transactions, meaning if you are selling your home and you allow me to help you sell your home and help you find a new home, I can offer a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am working with a new customer, I like to find out as much about you and what you are looking for. I want to find that perfect home for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Texas Real Estate License. I take educational classes to keep up with my license.
