Prior to energy medicine and vibrational healing she taught group exercise for more than thirty years. Sandy is a Reiki Master, Theta Healer, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Certified Teacher, White Tantric Mahan and channels loving energy for those going affected by a disease, anger, emotional fog, frustration, relationship issues and life crisis. You will leave feeling lighter, happyer and more focused and grounded to get things done!
Honestly, I love what I do! It's been building organically and I love helping others find ease with life. My offerings are catered to your needs and I am always teaching as I go so you can become more adept at learning new skills along the way. I am just reminding you how amazing you are!

Finally the right person came across my path to help teach and guide me to get out of my own way!
For years I have known "moving on" was what I have needed, but just hadn't gotten up the courage to take that leap of faith and then along came Sandy! With her guidance and encouragement I have taken the leap and not looked back!
Together we have cleared my home of old energy and brought in love and light! Once movement has started I am now in the processing of clearing out my home and creating the life I want!
