Introduction: I have been in the air conditioning industry for 16+ yrs. I started at the bottom delivering parts and moved up the ladder doing installations and service on residential and commercial equipment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and affordable pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the call and schedule the visit. If it's for service, we will do a thorough diagnosis of the unit and quote any repairs needed before work is done. WE NEVER TAKE MONEY UPFRONT!! If it's a routine maintenance or tune-up visit we will do a thorough inspection and maintenance as required and then provide a report of our findings. Should there be any issue that needs addressing or preventive type repair, we will quote that at this time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the HVAC Academy in Hockley, Tx in 2004. Since entering the hvac industry I have attended many training classes covering everything from safety to certifications on many different industry standards and equipment updates.
