- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and affordable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the call and schedule the visit. If it's for service, we will do a thorough diagnosis of the unit and quote any repairs needed before work is done. WE NEVER TAKE MONEY UPFRONT!! If it's a routine maintenance or tune-up visit we will do a thorough inspection and maintenance as required and then provide a report of our findings. Should there be any issue that needs addressing or preventive type repair, we will quote that at this time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the HVAC Academy in Hockley, Tx in 2004. Since entering the hvac industry I have attended many training classes covering everything from safety to certifications on many different industry standards and equipment updates.
