- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sellers pay commissions to agents. If you hire me as your listing agent you can expect professional open houses that generate qualified traffic, professional photos for advertising on multiple social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, Truilia, Realtor.com and more. I will provide you with market updates and information on new listings and sales as they happen. As your buyer's agent, you can count on me to help you negotiate the best possible offer that satisfies your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ensure I have a good understanding of what you expect from me, you can expect a thorough initial consultation. I will provide you with a full market evaluation and information regarding trends you should be aware of before buying or listing your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor in Texas. I have also taken multiple additonal classes in the use of social media, contracts, negotiations and real estate law. I am VLB certified and enjoy helping Veterans take advantage of all the benefits available to them.
