- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers save an average of $400/yr installing a security camera system. What we charge for installation is a one-time fee. No monthly monitoring fees with us. Our pricing is reasonable and fair. Each client's cost is based on their specific needs. Call us today for a complimentary estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand our clients' needs in order to provide a solution. Therefore when we work with a new client, we will take the time to question the client about their needs. And educate them about their best options. In some cases, at the client's request, we will come out and do a full site assessment for a nominal fee which is deducted from the project cost, if we are chosen as your service provider.
