- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are posted online on our website. Pricing online does not include taxes or insurance. Your reservation receipt or quote will include these additional charges. Free 30 mile Delivery from our warehouse in Dahlonega. No Deposit Required on most rentals. (Tents Excluded) All Day Rentals- morning delivery, evening pickup. Discounts available for Military, Churches, and Schools. Pay to Play Splits available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on being easy to work with and good communicators with our customers. See our rental process expectations below: Order Confirmations: You will receive an email confirmation order from bookings @ atlanta-bounce.com immediately after placing your order online or once the order is inputted by our staff. If you did not get an email, your order is not reserved. Call our office to activate your order. Another email reminder will be sent to the email address on file four days prior to your event reminding you the event is coming up and tips on preparing the area for our equipment. The evening prior to your event you will get a phone call confirming your order and an estimated time of delivery. Delivery: Delivery typically occurs 1-4 hours prior to your event time as we have multiple customers requesting setup at the same time in different cities. We use logistics software to plan our routes effeciently and get every customer setup on time. We will only call or text if the delivery time has changed from the time given to you over the phone the night prior. Sometimes you'll get a call the day prior to your scheduled delivery asking if we can setup that day. There is no extra charge to you when this occurs. Payment is still due on delivery if early. Pick Up: We typically like to pick up equipment in daylight hours. If your party end time is after sunset we may leave equipment out overnight. You are still responsible for the security of the equipment until it's picked up. We typically set expectations at delivery of pick up times. Pick up can occur from the end of contract time to a few hours later depending on logistics for the day. No One has to be present for pick up if the equipment is in a secure location and accessible to our crew however you are responsible for the equipment until we pick up. Our crew will only call if pick up will occur later than the time discussed at delivery. You are free to call our office anytime with questions. Payment: Payment is due at time of setup unless invoicing has been arranged with our office. Business check, Credit Card or Cash Only. Refunds: Once equipment has been setup we do not offer refunds for any reason including weather. If there is an equipment issue we will do our best to fix it, replace it with comparable equipment or give you store credit towards a future event. Our Policies Safety Safety is our main goal! Jitterbug Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse setup and has the option to remove equipment early at any event that has the potential to cause damage to our equipment and/or event attendees. Deposits In most cases, a deposit is not required. Payment in full is, however, required upon delivery and prior to setup, unless invoicing has been approved. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Business Check or Money Order. Tent orders will require a credit card hold or non-refundable deposit. Call our office to secure your tent order. Tent orders will only be run the day of the event prior to delivery being carried out. Cancellations Cancellations can be made up to the time we leave our warehouse for your scheduled delivery. Please don't wait until the last minute! In the event weather and/or environmental conditions become unacceptable, we will confirm with you the status of your delivery. If weather or environmental conditions are affecting the site conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate these site conditions prior to delivery, as the weather in our local area may not be experiencing the same weather conditions. Tent orders must be cancelled within the cancellation period (72 hours prior to event) or payment in full will be run on your credit card, whether or not you hold your event. Refunds Once equipment has been setup we do not offer refunds for any reason, including weather. If there is an equipment issue we will do our best to fix it, replace it with comparable equipment, or give you store credit towards a future event only. Credit Card Security Policy Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commercial transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Liability/Insurance/Safety Jitterbug Party Rentals LLC. is insured for our mutual benefit. You can ask for a copy of our Certificate of Insurance if required for your event. Upon delivery, your signature will be required on our Equipment Rental Agreement and Release & Assumption of Risk. In certain instances, additional Waivers of Liability may be required for participants. Please download and/or review these documents prior to your event and contact us with any questions. In addition, please review the Operating Procedures and Safety Information on our website. Inclement Weather For the safety of equipment and personnel, we will not setup equipment under the following conditions: -local rain forecast above 70% -snow/ice -high winds(25mph or higher) -muddy conditions -temperatures below 40 degrees We recommend that you always reserve an alternate indoor location for your event such as a church, school or local gym or a Parks 'n Rec indoor facility. Keep in mind, ceilings must be 18-20' high to accommodate inflatables. We will work with you to reschedule your rentals if we are unable to set up due to environmental and/or weather conditions. Once equipment has been setup, no refunds will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions. Sales Tax Per state/local laws, we charge sales tax on all rentals. If your organization is recognized as a sales tax-exempt organization by the state of Georgia (public schools or Library), we must receive a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate prior to your event, or we must collect sales tax in accordance with state/local laws. We have been informed that churches, private schools, daycares, etc, do not fall into the sales tax-exempt status; however, there are exceptions to the rule, so please let us know if you do have an exemption from sales tax. The Georgia sales tax-exemption is different than exemption from Federal taxes, so keep that in mind. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.
