Excellent all around!!! I'm a realtor with a vacant listing that needed cleaning after tenants moved out. Butterfly Kisses Cleaning answered all of my questions when I initially contacted them and gave a written estimate for my client. When they needed to change the appointment time, they communicated with me quickly and used a calendar app which was nice. They went way above and beyond from working with me patiently regarding access issues to realizing the house needed more of a deep cleaning than we originally estimated once they got inside. Butterfly Kisses Cleaning worked until midnight on a Friday night to get this house ready for weekend showings and sent pictures to me afterwards. They went way above and beyond in so many ways, did a fantastic job communicating, and is the only cleaning company I will recommend to my clients in the Powder Springs area in the future. I cannot stress how pleased my whole family is to recommend these hard working people. We purchased a 3,000 square foot home where the previous owners were smokers for over 30 years. We painted and replaced the carpet but had wood floors, panels and doors. Not to mention the kitchen cabinets and selves. They assembled a crew and worked hard for two days and the house was ready for us all to move in. Not quite a year has passed and still no smell. Their price was great and professionalism unsurpassed.

Think about what is important to you in your cleaning. Every person is different and every home is different, we strive to customize each cleaning to the home owners wants and needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What a great question. I would ask if the company is licensed, Bonded and Insured. For a free on sight Estimate and get to know the service provider, after all they will be unavoidably intimate with home. which should lead you to.... Are the employees background checked? How involved are the owners with the onsight process?
