- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for the 1st hour then in 15 minute increments thereafter. $70 per hour on-site support $50 per hour remote support
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a good working relationship is important - we do everything in our power to meet your needs. We ask questions relevant to your issue/what you'd like to accomplish, what you've tried so far to resolve the issue, then we can formulate a plan to resolve the issue. We pride ourselves on clear and concise communication without the "ego" usually associated with IT support.

We've been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years supporting users at home, small businesses, and in enterprise environments for large Fortune 500 organizations.
