Our family have been planning to sell our shop that has been in our family for 3 generations. It was time to hand the torch to someone who wanted to carry it on with passion!
We approached Tony to talk about a strategic plan for how to package our business for sale. He was able to help us identify all of the assets in our business, especially the intangible assets like our brand value, customer database, and digital marketing pieces.
His advice and input was extremely valuable and with his help we were able to speak with confidence to our strengths.
Now, we're under contract for our full asking price and we're set to close by the end fo the year. I'd recommend Venture Greatly to anyone looking for strategic help. They were life savers!

Tony and Team are awesome! I love the wholistic approach they take when looking at a growth strategy. Tony clearly has a large depth of experience on the implementation of technology and how to integrate it into an existing business as well as putting in systems and processes to save time and money. His team is committed to your success which shows with the extra care and time they put in to each and everyone if their clients. There are lots of marketing companies out there but they do not always understand the other systems we already have in place and or are willing to look at the ROI and cost of implantation for a small to medium business or organization. One aspect Thing I really appreciate about having a not just a coach but or general layout is having a team that can help layout a growth plan that looks at the current branding, marketing that may be needed, processes, and systems to get you to the next level. I highly recommend Venture Greatly.
