I charge an hourly rate and will be able to diagnose what the problem is within the first hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I cannot repair your computer within one hour, it means it needs parts/hardware. I can quickly diagnose what the problem is, saving everyone time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A chemical engineering degree morphed into computer engineering once out in the work world - that was 30-plus years ago. I have been providing full IT services to large multi-server organizations ever since. Including developing and producing hardware to meet certain company's needs, if not already commercially available.
