FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is consistent based on location of session and commitment of clientele (i.e. Number of sessions purchased). Group training is also an option for individuals looking for the same intensity with shared expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do an initial assessment. Once goals, scheduling, pricing and all expectations have been determined, we move forward with body fat, measurements and fitness assessment. Then the fun starts! We start our training, building a solid foundation, that will ensure more permanent results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2001, I became a certified personal trainer receiving my first CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification through N.A.S.M (National Academy of Sports Medicine). The fun didnt stop there. After receiving a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Art from Adams State College, I went on to accumulate the Cooper CPT certification in Biomechanics, the N.A.S.M CES certification (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and TRX Certified.
