We offer: Setup of tables/chairs/equipment Setup bar/glassware/service station Food preparation assistance Buffet setup Butler passed hors d'heurves & cocktails Master Bartenders/Barbacks Buffet attendants Multi-course, plated dinners General bussing Kitchen cleanup Beverage service Complete event breakdown We utilize your facility's equipment to provide us the backdrop for all our services. Our staff are trained to adapt to any environment so please let us know what facilities we have to work with so we can best be equipped for your event. We will always abide by acceptable and legal standards for both the service of food and alcohol so that you and your guests may enjoy your event. Our servers and bartenders will be dressed alike in either a black or white long sleeve dress shirt, black slacks, black neck tie, black shoes, socks and belt. Let us know when you book our services if you'd like a different uniform. Before a guest enters the event space, they are likely met by a hospitality professional.
