I found King of Kings fencing here on Thumbtack.com and after reading between the lines in KOK's reviews I requested a quote; which would require a visit. The city sent me a letter about my leaning fence (what about my neighbors sagging fences??) and I needed the work done fairly quick. I do this kind of work and lets say I find most contractors pathetic... lacking in work ethic, punctuality, cleanliness and service of their installation, if necessary. Rico arrived on time and ready to assess the work for an accurate quote. After a brief discussion of what I wanted he suggested a plan: 12' steel gate to replace the 2 10' sagging gates. He calculated materials and labor. The price seemed reasonable to: 1 disassemble existing fence, 2 dig around existing poles, straighten them and pour cement around existing cement to secure the posts to the ground, 3 install 4" steel posts for the steel framed wooden gate, 4 build and install gate, 5 install new pressure treated higher quality wood than was currently in place. 6 clean up. 7 GET PAID. Rico arrived on time on the date scheduled to begin. They worked in the intense heat to break down the fence, fix the lean and reinstall the gate and fence. He said 2 or 3 days, I guessed 2 max and they were done in 1.5 days. They finished the work, it looked great and they GOT PAID. A little minor tweak was required on the gate, not due to installation but due to the settling ground. So, he came back quickly and adjusted the gate. I said GET PAID twice. This is important. Why do contractors ask for money before they've finished the job? Materials cost aside, $ should never be asked for until the job is complete. If you pay before the job is done, the work, well, it has been my experience that I have to fix & finish someone else's sloppy work. Rico arrived on time and worked. It wasn't his sit around lazy time where my job was an inconvenience to his phone and other activities. I hired King of Kings to fix my fence and they actually did just that...FIXED the Fence! My Pet Peeve (you want a Ferrari for the price of a Hyundai!): 1. Unlike my House Leveling Contractor - that when I pointed to the breaks in my sheetrock in the house and said, I want that fixed, and I paid the House Leveling Contractor thousands of $$$s to fix the un-level house and then a year later them come back and said the work they did was not intended to fix the very reason I hired them. I still have broken up sheetrock and was told this week to go ahead and fix the ceiling sheet rock but not the walls.. Hey, that sounds like. two big jobs instead of one to fix the very thing that the work you decided to do did not fix... LOL. 2. My Gutter Contractor - I hired a gutter contractor to fix the sagging gutter in the front of the house. We discussed brackets and mounts and how it was going to be fixed. They crew came out, installed a sagging gutter with no brackets I had emails would be installed and also gutters that did not even work. I have movies if you'd like to see. They were so pathetic. I had to make them come out 5 times ( I have 5 sets of videos) and would not pay them until they at least made the gutters functional. Ever heard of a level gutter crew?? Why do I mention my bad experiences with other Contractors to review the great work King of Kings did?? It is just they actually did a good job unlike a lot of contractors and in these reviews it is the details that I hope make you think Rico and King of Kings Fencing can do a good job for you. I appreciate his help and my nice fence!

We do wood fences 19$ dollars per foot and up...

I perfer to have an appointment with the client to do measurments and to know exactly what the clients wants as the final project to be finished and also to give him options and tips.

I have two courses in fencing in 2013 and 6 years in business and 10 years in experience.
