Jessica, not sure why you rated me a 1 star review seven months after you and your fiance cancelled your wedding four days before the event. I feel I went above and beyond my duties by: offering additional meetings at no charge, answering phone calls at 2:00 am to hear you out when you were going through your break up, waiving your outstanding balance you owed me, and trying to convince vendors to refund you after the event was cancelled. I would like to apologize to you if you feel I didn't meet your expectations, and would like for you to please respond to my e-mail so that you can let me know what I did wrong so that I can become better, and ensure it won't happen with another client in the future. Yuri and her assistant were great! I hired her as my day of coordinator and I don't regret it one bit. I honestly didn't even want a day of coordinator but my husband convinced me it would be a good idea so that we didn't have to worry about the little things. As organized as I am having Yuri there was such a blessing. Yes, my family tried to help as much as possible on the day of but to be quite honest they just had other things to do like welcome guests, answer questions, etc. It was so helpful to have Yuri be able to coordinate the day of details such as getting all of bridal party in order, keeping us on schedule according to our timeline, making sure all the decor was set up as needed, getting the photographer where they needed to be, etc. She also was very helpful in creating my day of timeline and had me think about things I hadn't thought about. Yuri was great with all the small details. I'd definitely recommend her and would use her again! Good bang for the buck too. :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impression is always important. I prefer to meet our customers in person so I can build a relationship with the customers I will be working with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work experience planning corporate events. I have handled event planning for over 8 years. I look for venues, catering, setup, travel arrangements, etc. I also have experience hosting children's birthday parties for over 5 years. I love decorating, cutting cakes, tear down and simply making it fun for the kids!
