- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While every experience is fully customized, our pricing is extremely straightforward and follows are company ethos of the 3 "Ts" Trust, Transparency, and Tenacity. We provide you with a price per person based on the information you provide to our 5 question survey. Our number is fully loaded number and we find "nickel and dime" conversations to be a waste of your time and ours. So we provide you with our best, all in pricing upfront. If we are not the right fit to be of service, we'll refer to you to other services in alcohol that may fit your needs better. At the end of the day, our only goal is to be of service in creating the best possible experience for your event so you can enjoy your time with family, friends, and loved ones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We LISTEN and LEARN your story by emailing you a five question infographic that educates us on what success looks like for you and your event. We then provide you with a customized menu and complimentary cocktail tasting to help you select the perfect, customized cocktail menu for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 2 decades of experience in the top cocktail bars in the world including Sasha Petraske's Milk & Honey in NYC, Floyd trains each and every Sourced mixologist to provide the highest level of expertise and service. Every single person that works for Sourced Craft Cocktails is TABC Certified to sell/serve alcohol. Our company holds every permit the state of Texas offers related to alcohol so we can provide you with any and all permitting necessary without you having to hassle with any of it.
