- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $60.00 service fee and we charge $80.00 per hour. Maintenance contracts available and pricing is based on how many systems are in the home and the services the home owner requests. Maintenance customers receive discounts. ASK US ABOUT FINANCING.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call our office number to set an appointment, we will find a schedule time that works four you and give you a courtesy 30 min notice before coming out. One of your knowledgeable technicians will come to your home and diagnose the problem. Our techs will always respect your property and practice complete safety precautions. Once the technician finds the problem, he can give you a quote for repair prior to completing the work. Normally, our technicians can offer multiple solutions that will be budget friendly. Our service call fee is $60.00 to come out and diagnose the problem. We appreciate reviews!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im an ATI graduate, I been in the trade ever since. I started as a helper and worked my way up to be a lead technician. After working for a couple of companies and gaining the necessary experience needed, I realized I wanted to branch out on my own and provide a service to customers that was ethical and would not break their bank! I studied for my contractors license and passed the test. Now I am the business owner of my own HVAC company. I feel blessed to have learned my trade so well and am happy to provide a high quality level of workmanship to my customers!
