AUM Integral Wellness

Introduction: AUM Integral Wellness is a holistic practice based on healing, transformation, and integration of the whole person in order to obtain fulfillment and health in all aspects of living. Ashley Ray, LCSW, RYT, TIYT is the founder of AUM Integral Wellness. She integrates eastern and western therapeutic modalities and healing methods by utilizing both evidenced-based psychotherapeutic practices and alternative therapies designed to transform mind, body and spirit. I understand that each client is on their own unique journey of self-healing and growth, and my client-centered approach is influenced by my studies in psychology, social work, yoga and indigenous teachings. I enjoy being part of individuals' deeply healing and enriching experience that stimulate self-expansion and breakthroughs in their mental and emotional health, relationships, sexuality, spirituality and life's purpose.
