Introduction: I am a Dallas-based personal trainer and the founder of Cooper Strength and Conditioning. I help clients of all experience levels achieve their fitness goals by first listening their wants, then assessing their needs and combining both into a custom program of exercise and nutrition.

A little bit more about me: I have been in sports and wellness at both the professional and amateur level my entire life. I have been doing personal training for more than 20 years and have been recognized as a Top Trainer in Dallas by D Magazine and D Beauty Magazine. My list of certifications include being a certified muscle activation specialist, an ACSM exercise physiologist, and a certification from the Postural Restoration Institute. I am also a resistance training specialist. I have developed training programs for some of the premier health clubs in the Dallas area. Along with being the owner of Cooper Strength and Conditioning, I am the corporate personal trainer at Heritage Auctions, and an integral part of its corporate wellness program.
To me, this is not a job ... it’s a lifestyle choice and it’s fun. I enjoy watching my clients transform their mind, body and spirit to become a more fit version of themselves. I leverage my own years of experience as a personal trainer and athlete to help them realize their own potential.
