- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first meeting we assess your needs and your design style, even if you're not sure of either, we can help. Then we discuss ideas and basic budget. If you want to continue then we create a detailed game plan, real budget and a product board specifically for you. For structural changes we can put together a digital design allowing you to digitally walk through your redesigned space. You can either take this plan and execute on your own or we can handle everything down to decorating so that all you have to do is reveal your brand new space!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by assisting expecting parents in the design and installation of their baby nurseries. Our clients liked our process so as their families grew, they requested our help in other rooms of their home. We enjoy meeting the special needs that families require when updating their homes as well as formulating functional solutions with families in mind.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our specialty is creating spaces with families in mind. Many times our clients are professional households or busy families who don't have a lot of time to research, plan or manage a renovation or decorating project. We tend to appear more like an executive assistant acting on behalf of our client's best interest with vendors in an attempt to alleviate stress for the client.
