FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule an in-depth initial client consultation. During the consultation we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your particular legal issue, our representation, and the options in your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue to enhance our legal training by attending continuing legal education courses every year.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should think about price. Your case is too important to skimp on the price. The outcome of your case can affect your whole life and future (and finances). The one way that you can save significant money without sacrificing quality of your attorney is by choosing a good attorney who has low overhead. If your lawyer has a big, prestigious office with marble floors, fancy furniture, plenty of staff, be aware that his clients –you- are paying for it! An attorney who undertakes high overhead costs need to charge higher fees to cover those costs (and then still earn a profit). The best lawyer for your case may work out of small, modest office, but still be the most skilled and experienced attorney dedicated to you and your case (but does not need to charge you a higher fee to cover overhead).
