Francisco & his team were great. They responded quickly & were able to finish all floors (and stairs) in about 3-4 days. They sanded every room, then filled every crack, then they sanded again. There were many stain color options (which they apply 1 coat), I went with their suggestion, medium brown. Once stained, they clear-coated satin (which they apply 3 coats). I chose oil base, so it will take a few weeks to dry before setting rugs or furniture down but for now you can walk on it. They are a great team and provided five star service. I highly recommend them.

First that comes to mind, is that they are fast, efficient and on time never cutting any corners, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend if you want high quality hardwood floors.
