- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our salon pricing can be viewed on our website. For event pricing and other considerations, Candice charges a day rate based on type of services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin our new client interaction with an informal client consultation whether by phone, email or in-person. During consultations, we focus on your immediate hair care needs as well as any goals you may have. For most services we can move on to booking and many times can see clients immediately. For more involved services such as multi-process coloring or hair extensions, we'd usually book a consultation to meet a stylist in the salon. During the in-person consultation, the stylist can learn more about you and your hair in order to work out how to achieve your haircare needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Candice has trained and studied in the arts and science of hair for over 14 years. She studied biology at a California State University and studied at a renowned cosmetology school in Los Angeles. As a licensed cosmetologist, she has training in hair, nail and skincare. Candice has developed special skills in various methods of extensions from top salons and studios in Los Angeles and Dallas while continuing to study to master various hair coloring, cutting and styling techniques.
