- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every job is different I don't have a standard price. I do however stand behind my price quotes. If I am provided with all of the details such as a detailed description of the job, the year make and model of the vehicle and other pertinent information then you could feel confident that my quote will be accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to understand the job first then coordinate with the customer the best way to service the customer's needs. My goal is to be as flexible as possible to add convience to great service at a competitive price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many classes and I also participate in many continuing education class offered by the professional organization American Locksmith Association of America.
