- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have customized packages depending on the customer needs. I usually have a standard cost of $300.00 for three sessions for "one on one" coaching. This package includes e-mail and phone access to contact me between sessions when needed. Training and motivational speaking costs would be customized to fit the needs of the client(s) and would be discussed during the initial assessment discussion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a free assessment and consultation meeting to understand the needs of my clients and ensure they feel comfortable with the process. I then go over what the sessions will consist of as well as scheduling dates and times that work best for them. The most important part to any coaching and training session(s) are to ensure the client(s) are comfortable with not only the process, but feel safe and in a trusted coach and client relationship to share their goals, ambitions and challenges for personal and professional success and happiness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. I am also a Certified Professional Coach. I have had experience working as a Human Resources professional in coaching and training for multiple years in the areas of healthcare, financial services as well as telecommunications. My experience consists of personal and professional coaching, facilitation, training, motivational speaking and HR Services. I also coach and train client(s) on conflict resolution, interpersonal relationship skills and mediation. I have a wide range of best practices and techniques that drive positive change to increase relational and leadership skills, building a pathway to personal and professional growth.
