I hired Jan Morrill to design my author website. She did an outstanding job in a timely manner. A plus: Her prices are very reasonable. She's creative, professional, patient, and kept the project on track. I highly recommend Jan Morrill for a variety of projects. She is well versed in many industries. I would eagerly hire her again. Jan Morrill is a lifesaver! She sat up both my blog and website for me. She did both in one day and the quality was excellent. Ms. Morrill is not only very knowledgeable but a shear delight to work with. She's witty, creative and has the patience of Job. Jan is very approachable and prompt. She answers my emails the same day usually within the hour. She took time to listen and understand what I wanted. As a writer I can not stress enough how her knowledge and expertise in setting up my blog and website saved me tons of time and frustration. I never could have done it on my own!Jan 4, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My administrative hourly rate is dependent on the complexity of work involved with each project. For proof-reading, I charge $3.00 per page. For content writing, my typical rate is $0.10 per word, however, this varies depending on the level of complexity of the writing required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a quote based on information provided by the customer. Sometimes, the customer will initiate a correspondence that provides additional information, and if necessary, sample work is provided to the customer. Most correspondence occurs by email, however, I am also happy to speak by phone upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and more than twenty-five years experience in the administrative field. I only recently quit my full-time job to spend more time with my granddaughter and complete the sequel to my historical fiction.
