Introduction: Hello, I'm a Professional Bilingual DJ and Master of Ceremony. I have performed over 150 Wedding and over 300 Events. For Pool parties, Birthday Parties, Special event or white glove service Weddings, I'm the fun DJ for the job! I arrive 2 hours early to set up. No travel fee or set up fee. DJ Barney is the best DJ and Emcee in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (and all of Texas) by far. Not obly does he offer a diverse variety of music (latin pop, reggaeton, salsa, bachata, merengue, Latin rock, cristiano, hip hop, r&b, pop) but he can also host your special event to help make it a memorable experience. He definitely is a purveyor of deep, infectious dance and feel good atmosphere so DJ Barney knows just how to turn up your festivities at the right moment or to tone it down for those special intimate moments. Either way, DJ Barney knows how to highlight your night or day with his fun, exciting and BIG personality. He DJ'd my friend's birthday party on a yacht. Everyone had the time of their lives thanks to his music selection, turn up, & awesome transitions throughout the enitre night. He had the entire yatcht rocking the boat, including the captain who started getting down hard on the dance floor. He's a professional who is reliable and on time. Not only does he provide his unique dj sound, music, & mixes but he also provides great lighting. He has worked and hosted many many weddings & hundreds or other events such as concerts, clubs, pageants, & many other city events. You can tell DJ Barney has a passion for music and entertaining. We needed a DJ for our wedding and heard about Barney from a friend. From the start Barney was great, he offered guidance and was very helpful throughout our several meetings. As stressful as planning a wedding can be, it was comforting to know we had the right DJ. On the big day, everything went flawless-he came right at the time we asked him to setup and did a wonderful job with the music and announcements. I could not recommend this DJ more!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
School, charities, birthday parties, pool parties and special events are different rate. My usual rate for Weddings is $150 an hour with sound, lights and travel included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to always meet with the customer regarding the event and how could I be a good fit for them. Help them plan the event or wedding, talk about venue info, music and if any deposits required. Day of the event, I want to make sure the event is perfectly executed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied audio engineering in New York City. been working for radio and TV, also marketing for event company for the past 8 years.
