Most items are a flate rate. Trouble shooting items are on a time and Material basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to gather as much info from the customer as possible. I want to know what the issue is, when the issue first occurred. The more info I can gather will help me In providing the best solutuon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 yrs experience and Tx Journeyman License.
