DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They damaged my $400 leather chair...made me wait 90 days and offered me $38 tonight. Don’t chance it...spend a little more and go with a reputable moving company. I was sent two inexperienced movers that DID NOT use pad covering on my furniture. They shrink wrapped mostly everything and damaged my coffee table, one accent table, dining room table, bedroom furniture and brand new washer. I filed a claim, but "it's still in process" after three months. Plus, I won't get the value of my pieces. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Worst moving experience of my life. Misquoted grossly, ended up paying about $500 more than quoted. My bed frame and bookshelf are completely broken, and my dresser damaged. Holes in boxes marked fragile. Go with a company that will come give you a free estimate after looking at your home. Don’t use these guys. I’ve moved a lot and this was terrible.
