What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work closely with our rental owner clients to ensure they have set an appropriate market rent rate and have their property rent-ready. If the property is leased, we do a full inspection and ensure proper care of the property and compliance with lease terms. Owners are always wowed by our level of service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience serving DFW area rental property owners. We offer a much higher level of service for similar rates, with more professional processes than our competition.

We typically charge a percentage of the monthly rent rate based on the services needed. We also offer discounted in-house maintenance, savings on rental property insurance, and a full suite of services that help our clients save more money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all companies are created equal, and lack of experience can lead to costly mistakes. Rental management is a difficult, fragmented industry that requires extensive experience, legal expertise, and a business approach to be successful. You don't trust your other financial investments to anything less than a professional and the same should be the case for your real estate investments for the best long-term performance.
