I do full interior design... Color changes, functionality and creating open concept areas that flow through the house. Placing furniture and window treatments are also popular services I help my clients with.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were flipping a house through the staging process and were able to get $13,500 over asking price. The customer stated that it was because of the staging and preparation process that made this possible. It benefited both the customer and the real estate agent. It made me feel satisfied and accomplished.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's very helpful to be able to explain what you desire and what your needs are. If you have a good picture of what you are looking for then we're able to create any environment.
