- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is streamlined for client and billing convenience. We bill monthly with 3 year contracts based on a number of factors your business needs. We complete a Risk and Cost Benefit Analysis for a detailed description of your business needs and areas of improvments. We offer Break Fix on a case by case basis. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather some basic information about your current I.T. How many workstations and servers? How many physical business locations? How many employees access the company network. What pain points affect your business. What would a complete data loss cost your business and how much downtime could your business survive during a Disaster Recovery. Have you had any notable experiences with previous Managed Service Providers? What are you looking for in a Managed Service Provider? We then complete a Risk and Cost Benefit Analysis to determine the needs of your business. To be conculded with a negotiated contract and immediate acquisition and securing of the I.T. infrastructure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues during critical moments. I work with C-Suite Executives when coordinating Disaster Recovery scenarios and major projects.
