We had confirmed the session several times via email; day before, I texted them two or 3 times to re-confirm and provide our address. photographer read my texts (iPhone to iPhone; showed my messages were read each time within an hour of me sending them) with no response Morning of, they texted an HR or so before the session to say there was a family emergency; I get family emergencies, so I asked if they were available to reschedule for this newborn session that weekend. No response. I had to scramble to find another photog that was available last minute to get newborn photos done within the first week (which, if you're doing newborn photos, you know that getting them done within that first week is important or you won't get a poseable baby very well, anymore). Hopefully you get a better experience. They look like they'd do decent work; was very putoff that we confirmed numerous times and they cancelled morning of.
