Sorry you were not happy with your move out vlean.
My home was empty and I requested a move-in clean. While Lizz responded in a timely manner and with a reasonable price/value. Upon returning to the house, I was saddened to find that the oven, microwave and window sills were not cleaned. She assured me she herself would come back the following Friday to handle the cleaning, and I have never seen/heard from here since.
